B) Refund Procedure

Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Numuti may refuse refunds if products are resold online without prior consent.

C) Refund Requirements

Refunds must be requested within 14 days of the original order, with written documentation and photos of the damage.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and purchased directly from numuti.com.
